After my wild success fermenting pickles, and with a ginger root sitting in my kitchen, I decided to try making ginger ale. I followed Not Dabbling in Normal‘s recipe. I’m not sure if it was just too hot, or what, but I didn’t get any bubbles, and the stuff tastes REALLY yeasty. So, I think I might dump it and try again, one of these days when it’s a little cooler out.
